The DigInTraCE project was presented by our partners from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) at the 1st International Conference in Ultrasonics Food and Technology, held in Dublin, Ireland, on 8–10 June 2026. The conference brought together researchers, academics, and industry professionals to discuss the latest advances in ultrasound technologies and their applications in food science and processing.
During the conference, NTUA delivered an oral presentation entitled “Synergistic Effects of Ultrasound and Microwave on Protein Recovery from Oilseed Press Cakes: A Comparative RSM Study”, highlighting recent research findings and fostering scientific exchange with the international research community.
DigInTraCE’s participation in international scientific events contributes to the dissemination of the project’s activities, strengthens collaboration with researchers from related fields, and supports knowledge sharing across Europe’s innovation ecosystem.
